Booking Fee:

To secure your appointment, a varied booking fee is required. For any haircut, a booking fee of $50 is applicable, while colour services require a $100 booking fee. Rest assured, this fee will be deducted from your final amount during checkout after your appointment, making the booking process seamless.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may need adjustments. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your booked time. This allows us to accommodate your needs and serve you better. Unfortunately, in the event of a no-show, the booking fee is

non-refundable. Additionally, if the appointment is canceled after the

48-hour window and not rescheduled, no refund will be issued.
